Buenas. He leído ahora el log. A ver si llego a tiempo, mecagüen tó.

Bueno, he comentado ya muchas veces que el analizador automático del HJT falla. Que no hay que fiarse de él, si no que da una primera impresión... pero luego no queda más remedio que googlear pero un buen rato.
No vale subirlo al analizador automático y ya. No vale. No seáis vagos, el HJT es un porcentaje de experiencia... y uno mucho más grande de googlear.

Shooter Man, es bastante difícil ayudar "a través de alguien". Es inoperativo. Alguien te dice lo que tiene que hacer, tú se lo dices a él, y así es inmposible... para empezar, ya se ha perdido parte del log en el proceso.
No se ve el Sistema operativo, y eso a veces es fundamental. Creo que en este caso lo es. Si es Windows Vista, lo es. Si es XP, NO SIGAS LEYENDO y comentánoslo, pero si es Windows Vista, sigue.

Además, nadie comenta el problema que tiene el equipo de tu amigo, los síntomas... si quitar un bicho es en ocasiones difícil, hacerlo "a través de alguien" es mucho más complicado.
Por ejemplo, no comentas el problema o problemilla que tiene tu amigo. Si es que no le funciona nada el equipo, o si es un simple problemilla de ventanas de publicidad que se abren al navegar.
Si por ejemplo supiéramos si es un problema de ventanas (creo que es eso), pues nadie te hubiera recomendado formatear.

Yo creo que el equipo de tu amigo tiene un simple bichejo "de na", y que todas esas entradas que el analizador automático dice que a eliminar, no es seguro que haya que hacerlo. Hay que verlo, pero creo que no.

Te comento lo que yo haría. Son 10 minutos todo el proceso, merece la pena probar antes de formatear, pienso. Pero eso sí, a ver si puede mejor postear tu amigo, en buena lógica.

Insisto: Si es XP, nada de esto va a ser suficiente. Si es Vista, que siga este breve proceso paso a paso, con cuidado y sin saltarse ni una coma ¿ok?:

-Que tu amigo se instale Ccleaner:

-Que active la opción de "Ver archivos ocultos", si no la tiene ya activada (te pongo cómo se hace en Windows Vista, que creo que es el SO de tu amigo):

-Que reinicie en modo seguro: Que no vuelva a modo normal hasta que se lo indique:

-Que siga la siguiente ruta: C:\Program Files (o C:\Archivos de Programa) y que busque la carpeta SGPSA. Que elimine la carpeta SGPSA entera, con todo su contenido

-Que abra Hijackthis, opción "Do a system scan only", y que cuando termine de sacar el informe (menos de un minuto), que marque (tilde), SIN EQUIVOCARSE, las casillas correspondientes a las siguientes líneas:

R3 - URLSearchHook: SearchHelper Class - {91C18ED5-5E1C-4AE5-A148-A861DE8C8E16} - C:\Program Files\SGPSA\mtwb3sh.d

O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C255C8A-E604-49b4-9D64-90988571CECB} - (no file)

-Con las casillas marcadas, que pulse "Fix Checked" y Acepte.

-Que cierre HJT, y, aún en modo seguro, que pase el Ccleaner, opciones "Limpiador" y "Registro", eliminando todo lo que encuentre sin miedo. Que lo de "Registro" lo pase dos veces consecutivas.

Que reinicie normal, y a ver si se le ha pasado el pequeño problema que tiene, y que ponga un nuevo log "fresco" de HJT (creo, utilizando dotes de adivinación, que es un problema de ventanas que se abren al navegar, pero los síntomas son, en muchas ocasiones, tanto o más importantes que poner un log)

A ver si llego a tiempo...
